Any utility for Pathfinder Unchained's simple monster creation?

Are there any existing aids for creating monsters using Pathfinder Unchained's simple monster creation?

I am considering making one myself, but I thought I should ask if there already is one out there before reinventing the wheel.


Yeah I was kind of hoping Hero Labs would get around to it, but doesn't look like it's on their to-do list.

Wonder if I could do it in MS Access?

The program does nothing useful; at this stage, it is more of a proof-of-concept than anything else. Even so, I'm sure it has bugs.

I am inordinately proud of it; I learned a lot while making it. Since my formal training in computer programming is over two decades old, UI interfaces are something I never learned much about. Java is pretty new, too, but it's close enough to C/C++ for me to muddle through. I did a lot of Google searching; a lot of the help I found was from Stack Exchange and java.com.

Updated to version 0.1.1!

Now one can select a theme, and assign ability score modifiers. And the stat block actually does something mildly interesting!

The same link should work, I hope. Also, there is a very simple example monster, and example stat block text export.

Types and subtypes should be working. The output might actually approach something useful.

Good to have some free Unchained Monster creation stuff out there. :)

Since Starfinder may borrow some of the principles involved, maybe it could be useful for Starfinder folks (with the right amount of conversion, that is)? ;)

My hope is to have something working by the end of September, and then when Alien Archive comes out, adapt it to Starfinder. We'll see if I can get it done in time, and how easy it is to adapt.

I'm working on some infrastructure for spellcasting and the various options right now. Lots of changes for step 6, but steps 7 and 8 should be easier when I'm done.
