AL Lost Mines of Phandelver (skipping part 1, parts 2-4)

Recruitment

This is a low tier mod 1-4, but not specifically as it doesn't say it is limited to that, if you level you, you can still play the other parts, as long as you don't leave and come back, though you have to start at level 1-4 while going into this. And Mostly this is a dungeon crawl, though roleplay is allowed, in fact in some parts encouraged, and just like in Pathfinder, you won't miss out on gold or magic items because you solved a problem via non-combat, PFS tells you not to punish people for that, so they shouldn't be punished for that in AL either.
I can take seven of you, so hurry.

I'd be interested, but already in 2 A/L games, so I'll just post interest in case it doesn't fill up for some reason.

NB: May get more attention if you add 5e to the title (not sure if you can change that or not)

Not now I can't. If anything I make a new one in a couple of weeks getting the title right this time.

Hey DoubleGold...I'd like to try this (I just finished your Broken Chains pbp). I have the three 5e rulebooks (players handbook, monster manual, and dungeon master's guide).

I haven't played in the adventure league yet. Let me google the organized play rules.

Send an email to Paizo, and they will fix it for you. I've done that before.

I plan on starting the game before the 4th of July. Okay Mofiddy, make a character with 27 point buy using the players handbook, other wizards of the coast rules are swords coast adventures guide and volo's guide to monsters.

Like Krissina, I'm probably in more than enough games but gaming is too much fun! ;) Hopefully, you will get a full crew easily, but I'll keep an eye on the thread in case you do fall a little short, especially if you want to start by the 4th.

Submitting with Raina, Coastal Druid.

On the grounds that there's not been many posts, here is Vynisia. A newly hatched Warlock. Never tried a warlock before so lets see how it goes.

Submitting Ceidith! Level 3 rogue!

The Exchange

I am looking to join an online game, I am new to Pathfinder and only made 1 rogue Lvl 1 character. If availability still stand, I would like to join, as long as it follow Pathfinder society normal rules for running game + log sheets. I had played a few sessions already but all are higher level scenario, thus I can only play pre-gen char for those adventure, and can't add any exp until I reached the pre-reg level.

Hi DoubleGold. I had applied for a game AL DM was running but was the 7th player to apply. I have a third level wizard I'd like to play. I can have an alias up tomorrow. I already have an RPGA number for Adventure League.

I can vouch for Skorn, and if there are too many people for this game, he can have my spot.

Wow. That is very nice of you Raina. But I'd rather get to play at a table with you if possible. :)

Hi Ganryo, this is for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition, not Pathfinder. And many of the rules have changed. You would need to familiarize yourself with Adventures League D&D 5e and make a character for it before you can play..

If you have made a character, do In discussion and Gameplay, then I'll know how many I have. And I doubt I have seven already.

Thx DoubleGold, for that promp reply, and sorry for the mixed up. In regards to DnD 5e, I do have a legal Rogue2/War1 Char that is ready for play in tandem with AL regulated ruling. Not sure how precede from here though. Do I require to have Mic for voice-chat, or any other requirement for online AL/Pathfinder session?

Here is the link to the discussion thread.

Here is the link to the gameplay thread.

(Just in case you can't see the links at the top of the thread. Happens sometimes).

Ganryo - this is a play-by-post (pbp) game. Not a live chat or audio game.

Here is the alias from Skorn. Rogue 1, Wizard 2. Filling in the details now. Will be complete in an hour or so.

It is all play by post, not live chat, so voice-chat is not even possible, and no experience required.

Still waiting for a few more people to post in the gameplay and discussion before I proceed.

Still room for up to five more, will start Tuesday.

dotting. I am going to make a Tabaxi character of some type.

Working on a character. Just signed up for AL.

So I couldn't make the Tabaxi work (mainly because you can't worship the Cat Lord as a deity) so I am making a Dragonborn Dragon Sorcerer. I should have her posted shortly.

Here is Vrog's alt.

Alright Vrog, go ahead and bring that character into the gameplay and discussion thread.

Hey DoubleGold is recruitment still open on this game?

We're not too far into the game, and it's not full.

Even one (two?) of the players who were accepted have yet to post in the gameplay thread.

yes, recruitment is still open, you are about to enter the redbrand hideout.

Ok next question, I've played part way through LMoP before and I'm currently GMing a game (not AL legal) on these boards. I can keep my player knowledge and character knowledge seperate so if your comfortable with that I'll submit a character.

Probably some sort of melee tough.

Here is my melee tough, Holgar the Uthgardt Barbarian.

The last surviving member (to his knowledge) of the Thunderbeast Uthgart tribe Holgar was on his way to the Morgur's Mound in the Neverwinter Wood, trouble with goblins in the area led him to seek shelter and help and he wound up in the small town of Phandalin...

It is all fine, go ahead and bring in those characters. They way I DM, outside knowledge might not help you anyway, not to mention the difference between Pathfinder and AL is that in Pathfinder you must DM exactly as written, while in AL I can change things around. Nope the four enemies you see are here not there.

i'll say something in gameplay :)
