I want to have several demiplanes connected to a single gate tht where you can call one up using a callbox-like device, kind of like a compact apartment building. The demiplanes would feature a house surrounded by a yard, and the tenants can do whatever they want with their demiplane apartment-thing, from running a garden to throwing loud parties, all withoutdisturbing the other tenants. Is there any oversights in this?

My souldrinker used a demiplane as a people freezer. Timeless trait. Typical Blaster build except he used merciful spell to keep them alive and to get more souls. Anyone who had extra from his post fight spell refresh he plane shifted to his freezer. Also bought a spell stealing scythe and loaded up many of the bodies with buff spells which he could quickly gain by coup de gracing them. Had a bound Greater Nightmare for a mount which he used to go back whenever he was running low on spells or had his buffs dispelled. Ultimately retired and refurbished the plane into the Tavern of Lost Souls
An antimagic plane with no way out makes a pretty good prison. In order to get out yourself leave it a gate in another demiplane you created. Walk out the gate, plane shift, and then dismiss the first demiplane
A plane with positive energy trait and accelerated time makes a good pit stop. Bonus points for enhanced conjuration in order to cast plane shift and healing spells quicker to get back into the fight
I'm sure fighters would love an increased gravity plane to work out in
Combo with 2 castings of gate for easy army transportation
Enhanced spells, alignment traits, etc. make it a very secure stronghold without any extra investment

What other spells would I need for my pocket dimension apartment idea? Are there any oversights?
Anyway, another idea is Camp in a Stick. Burn the stick in a small fire for the group to be transported to a demiplane featuring a camp. The demiplane would last for 10 hours, but could only be used at night.
