Hello Customer Service Team,
yesterday, after the Starfinder subscription went up, I ordered all four physical subscriptions. I chose GM Screen as my first product for the Starfinder Accessories Subscription.
However, things did not go as planned. For one, I did not get the usual order confirmation email. Also, the My Orders page only returned an error at first. Later, it became accessible, though. Order #4355054 was generated and it lists all four subscriptions, but only the GM Screen for the Starfinder Accessories Subscription. Also, all four of the Starfinder Accessories Subscription products, including the GM Screen, are still listed in my sidecart.
Furthermore, my forum tags do not match up. I think I should be getting the "Starfinder Charter Superscriber" tag, but my tags only list the individual Starfinder subscriptions, except for the Starfinder Accessories Subscription. The Starfinder subscription tags have also been inserted weirdly into the middle of my "Pathfinder Tales Subscriber" tag.
I haven't seen anything of complimentary Starfinder Society Scenario Subscription either, but I'm not sure I would, even if my Starfinder Accessories Subscription was registered correctly.
Can you please fix this? Thank you.

Inspired by another user with a similar issue I have decided to order the Starfinder Accessories Subscription again. This seems to have fixed the problems. My "Starfinder Charter Superscriber" tag now shows up. I'm not sure about some of the Starfinder accessory products still showing up in my sidecart, so please make sure I don't get these twice. Thanks!

Inspired by another user with a similar issue I have decided to order the Starfinder Accessories Subscription again. This seems to have fixed the problems. My "Starfinder Charter Superscriber" tag now shows up. I'm not sure about some of the Starfinder accessory products still showing up in my sidecart, so please make sure I don't get these twice. Thanks!

I think the Paizo Superscriber overrides all the individual pathfinder tags.

I've double checked your account and done some poking and prodding to make sure everything is set up correctly/you shouldn't get duplicates.
And your Charter Superscriber tag should cover everything :D

I was having a similar issue and "fixed" it by re-ordering the Accessories. Now I see "Starfinder Charter Superscriber" against my account, but see multiple products in my side cart: GM Screen, Character Folio, Pawn Collection.
@Sharaya - could you check that everything is setup correctly for my subscriptions please? Thanks.

Your should be able to see all of the starting items in your sidecart and the duplicates have been removed.
