Hi. My question is the next.
I`m making an eidolon with 4 arms (2 limbs evolution) and a BAB of +9, and i want it to attack with all his 4 bare fist.
Do i need the feat Improve Unarmed Strike to make those attacks lethal?
If i equip him with a Monk`s Robe, will his fist make 1d8 of damage?
Do i need the feats Two-Weapon Fighting and Improve Two-Weapon Fighting to make more than 2 attacks?
If he has a STR of 28 how will be the result to his attacks?
Note, that all i want is cosmetic, not for PG.

Technically I am pretty sure the feat you want for a 4 armed eidolon is multi-weapon fighting. There are some pretty lengthy threads about multi-weapon fighting though and how it actually works.
If you aren't doing it for power gain work it out with your GM. If you trying to do it in PFS expect significant table variation (and multi-weapon fighting isn't allowed) so you wont be swinging all 4 unarmed fists there anyhow.

For example.
This Eidolon with:
The evolution Limbs x2 and claws x1
BAB+9 and STR 28
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus (US), TWF, Improved TWF, Multiattack (eidolon bonus)
Equiped with Monk`s Robe
His Full Round Attack using the arms without claws as bares fists and also attacking with arms with claws will be:
Unarmed Strike primary hand +17 / +12 (1d8+9)
Unarmed Strike off-hand +17 / +12 (1d8+4)
Claws x2 +17 / +17 (1d4+9)
am i correct?

No. When you combine natural attacks with non-natural attacks the natural attacks all become secondary.
