The following information, including dates and expected products, is what we currently estimate and may change.

New Physical Product Releases in June

↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.

↬If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.


Don't you usually start spawning authorizations on Thursdays. June 7the is a Wednesday. :-)

All good either way, just wondering if it's a typo. :-)

Shipping date is still the following Monday; maybe they think this cycle is going to take a little longer to run than usual?

It was an error in the calendar/database that has been updated.

I have a copy of the bigger flipmat in my sidecart since I presumed it wasn't going to be included in the subscription. Is the computer going to be clever enough to only send me the subscription copy? I've also got a preorder for the bigger keep map (though that one is not in my sidecart, by the look).

*Important update: we are still waiting for one of the June items to make it all the way to the warehouse (there seems to have been a bit of a delay through customs or something). We may do authorizations on Thursday, June 8th, or Friday, June 9th, depending on how things go. We will keep you updated!

Can someone make sure the items I put in my side cart get added to this month's shipment? I noticed that the my subscription page has already gone wonky, so I suspect the processing has begun or is getting ready to be started. Thanjs!

I've made a note to check into your accounts after the authorization is done, just to be sure.

However, since we can't double-check everyone's orders manually, it's always a good idea to just take a look at your order generation email when you receive it, and let us know if something didn't make it on there.

Hi Sharaya

It looks to me that this isn't working the way Vic thought it would. I'm pretty sure I had just one copy in my sidecart and now my order has spawned it is showing two copies - a "regular" one and a subscription copy.

I'm putting it here in case it affects multiple people, but would you be able to cancel the non-subscription copy for me, please?

Same problem here. I only wanted one copy of the Bigger Caverns Flip-Mat but I have two of them in order 4312004. Could you please yank out the non-subscription one? Doing that should completely eliminate one of the four shipments that were apparently generated for me this month. Am I really supposed to have that many separate shipments?

There are two other pairs of duplicate items in that order, but those duplications are intentional and thus should be left as they are.

For my order 4313159, my default shipping was switched to USPS from UPS, can you please switch the order to use UPS as USPS is unreliable for me.

My account defaults for subs are set to UPS so I don't know why this was chosen.

I've cancelled the non-subscription copy from your order. You should get an updated order confirmation email.

I'm not sure why there are so many separate shipments. I have reset your shipping.

1) I'm sorry, but it is not mrs.

2) We had to restart the order spawning process this morning, as it crashed over the weekend. The system had not gotten to your account yet. It looks like you should have gotten an order confirmation email recently.

The shipping start date has been moved to Wednesday, June 14th.


Would you please make sure that my order 4345672, which was placed in my sidecart is included with order 4344249 which ships in June. I placed 4345672 on the day I was notified that 4344249 was pending, and expected it to be included.

Order 4344249 has already been processed, so we cannot make changes to it at this time.

For future reference, if you are wanting to items to be combined with a subscription order that has already been generated for the month (you have the order number for it (but it has not been processed for shipping)) - you need to change the shipping details to combine it directly with that order.

If you select the option to sidecart it, it will wait in the sidecart for the following possible month, as sidecart are checked for it when orders are being generated.

It should be better now, I just had to wait for something to be working again. I have changed the shipping method to UPS Ground. You should get an updated order confirmation email.
