Rime Spell and Cold Immunity?

Reign of Winter

Hey all, I'm considering building a Hexcrafter Magus for the AP and was wondering how effective the Rime Spell+Magical Lineage+Enforcer combo would be given the environment and the penchant for creatures to have cold resistance and/or cold immunity.
The idea is that he is the son of one of Grand Prince Stavian's retired Ulfen Guard and a Winter Witch who fled Irrisen to escape her master's advances.
Any additional insights into the build would be appreciated.

As a RoW GM, there are lots of things that Rime Spell will work fine on. Plenty of humans, beasts and other things with no particular defense against cold. For everything else, just have other tricks. I don't know what good enforcer will do, though.

Yep, not everything has cold immunity/resistance.

As an aside: If you haven't already, you should agree with your GM as to whether or not damage from frostbite actually triggers Enforcer and/or find another way to deal nonlethal damage with your weapon. This is far from a clear-cut case, with, from what I last recall, most people on the forums are leaning towards no.
