Pathfinders:
It is my pleasure to announce that the Indianapolis and Central Indiana Lodge has once again secured a portion of Scotty's Brewhouse Downtown for Pre-Gen Con Pathfinder Society play!
We will have tables from 8 a.m.. - 5 p.m., and that 5 p.m. Is an absolute hard stop time.
Indianapolis VL Richard Webb will once again coordinate and schedule this event!
I'm only posting this general announcement so people can make plans, etc. Be on the lookout for posts from Richard regarding solicitation of scenarios and GMs, and ultimately, player sign ups. I can tell you that player sign ups go very, very quickly.
So, keep an eye out for further information!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Could you give me a description of how things work? Assume I have no actual knowledge of what goes on there and that it's my first time going.
This is my best understanding ....
- Sometime in the next month or so (this timeline is very fluid) Richard will post for requests - either what you want to GM, what you want to play or a combination of the two.
- Richard will develop a schedule and post it with a request for GMs that have not already been assigned.
- Sign ups in the past have been on a website called Warhorn. A site used to coordinate games.
- Sign ups will be announced on the Paizo boards and then you will be able to reserve a spot at a table. Some tables are limited to 4 players, some to 6 depending on size. Also, some tables are limited to those 21 and older as they are in the bar area.
- Reserve your spot at a table. Some tables fill up very fast.
- Arrive on time (preferable before), and you will be directed to your table. If you arrive late, as in more than 5 minutes (??? maybe 10), your spot will be given to another player. The slots are short so game need to get started on time.
- Order some food and drink (this is required as you are taking space in a restaurant - but it's good food.) and enjoy your game.

We have 10 tables in each slot.
6 tables will sit 6 players plus a GM. 4 booths will sit 4 players plus a GM. Of our 10 tables, one is one huge, long table where we will seat two games at once.
4 of the tables (the big long table mentioned above, and two six player tables) will be in the bar area and all GMS and players at those tables MUST be 21 or above.

This, everyone take notes from Swiftbrook.
Look for the call-outs in the Local Play Events forum of the message boards.
Can't wait too see everyone at GenCon this year!

Tables aren't really filling up, just a few seats are assigned. That is usually because a player or group of players specifically asked for a certain scenario to be run and/or a specific GM. In that case they are preregistered to the table. Most of the events however is just a GM wanting to run a scenario and looking for players. I have pretty cool 3D terrain for In Wraths Shadow, Bonekeep I, etc and I've offered to run those specifically at events like Scotty's in the past. This year however, I am responding to players' request for a scenario
