Any word back on this? I know we can get play space in the free tables around the con. I'd be happy to host at my hotel as well. I'm interested in a Wednesday 2 pm slot and 7pm slot with 8-20 and 8-25.
I can make a Warhorn for this if needed.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

First Draft:

Wed 2 pm
#8-20: Torrent's Last Will (7-11)
#40: Hall of Drunken Heroes (7-11)

Wed 7 pm
#8-25: Unleashing the Untouchable (12-15)
#4–11: The Disappeared (1-5)
#7-23 Abducted in Aether (7-11)
#8-13: What Sleeps in Stone (7-11)

Sun 6 pm
#3-17: Red Harvest (7-11)
#5–05: The Elven Entanglement (7-11)
#6–04: Beacon Below (7-11)
#8-17: Refugees of the Weary Sky (7-11)

If you know timelines for GenCon Set up, VC/VL dinner, and/or GenCOn Tear Down let me know (PM or post) and I'll see about shifting to allow those performing any of those tasks to still be able to play (if possible.)

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/5 ***

There is no "official" times for set-up/tear down except for those few HQ staffers who are scheduled to help with tear down. Extra help is always welcome and appreciated. We will be in the Sag on Wednesday from 8am(ish) until 5pm. Sunday tear down begins midway through the final slot, with the bulk of it being completed by 4pm.

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 **** Venture-Captain, Minnesota

I've been trying to decide if I want to GM anything in one of the non-official slots. It would be one of my few opportunities to GM for adults, but maybe as a Tier One GM I should be conserving my mental resources? I would love an opportunity to game with you guys though!

Muahahaha. That can be challenging. Thank goodness for the PFS Session Tracker.

Sadly, the tracker does not capture which ones are reserved for play with specific companions. >:)

Find me ones you can play and I'll swap out for some of the ones I 'just picked something'.

Steven...

You haven't played Ironbound Schism? Squeeeee! I love that one! You might be able to talk me into GMing that one, provided there's a slot open.

Be sure to visit the baker while you're in Averaka. She's got delicious rolls, but don't you dare touch her buns.

I am very interested in playing 8-25.

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/55/5 **** Venture-Captain, Minnesota

So does this mean that I am the GM of Ironbound Schism on Sunday? And is there something I should be doing if I am tossing my hat into the ring?

Tempted to offer to GM Weary Sky, but I'm also concerned about post-con brain. Hmm.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

This will be relaxed and casual! So take it easy, we will all have post con brain!

Liberty's Edge 3/5 5/5 **** Venture-Captain, Nebraska—Omaha

Please there will be not pressure from Bob saying "GMs you have 5 minutes to turn in your paperwork!"

Fine. Someone remind me to pack the dang thing. I'll run Weary Sky.

EDIT: I have every intention of TPKing ya'll though. <evil chuckle>

James I'll run 8-20 at 2pm, if I can have a seat for me and 1 other at 8-25 8)

Hey Gino.. remember to pack the dang thing.

I’ll bring the printouts, reporting slips, handouts, etc.

So... Does this mean I might be GMing for the quasi-mythical ToZ?

Depends on the table you're running. ;)

Is quasi-mythical legal in PFS? I thought none of the mythic stuff was allowed.

There's a boon for it.

If I am running a table, I'd like it to be Ironbound Schism.

So this is getting momentum, is a warhorn page going be setup?

If no one else has input on different scenarios, I'll set up a warhorn tomorrow.

Just sayin'...

If there's gonna be a Ironbound Schism with Hmm as GM and ToZ as a player, might burn one of the remaining Glutton boxes for it...

That all aside, eyeballing that Red Harvest and bitin' my nails. Glargh.

As far as Wednesday, dunno what's gonna be going on yet.

UPDATE:

Looks like I may not be going after all.

Seems my reservation may have been cancelled because I volunteered to help HQ Sagamore for GenCon.

Will advise, but looking pretty much ****'d atm.

Keep us in the loop, Wei Ji. There might be a way to fix it, or someone with space in a room for you. I bet we can find you a hotel space!

All things considered, I might be persuadable to run some Starfinder Sunday. That is if I am not totally burned out (which we all know is likely). I'd prefer, however, to make a casual pick up thing, just in case. And I would likely want to do either 1-00 or the quests.

I was just thinking the same thing. I'll be running demos all weekend, might be nice to do an actual scenario after that on Sunday, energy and voice permitting.

Maybe we can both prep it, meet with whoever and whichever of us is the least burnt out run it, or if we have enough people and energy both do so.

((demos run til 4 on Sunday))

I will also be running Starfinder demos all weekend! I'd love a chance to play an actual Starfinder scenario or quest series Sunday evening. I am fine with keeping it a casual thing too, as I also wonder if I will have any voice left at that point.

Kate, that's a good thing to wonder.

My suggestion is lots of water during the day, and throat lozenges. (Hard candy doesn't cut it). Makes all the difference in the world.

Of course, our typical post-evening session trip to O'Reilly's helps too! Hot food, and plenty of alcohol to wash it down. ;)

If the room hasn't exploded, I'll probably have to really moderate on that 'plenty of alcohol' thing. Don't mind hitting O'Reilly's, just...

Have to be back to work in the AM, then help with take-down.

I would love to play #8-13: What Sleeps in Stone, Wednesday night. That's one that almost everybody in my local group has already played at other cons.

Thanks for organizing this.

*slumps in relief* Okay, I made my K: Bureaucracy check today after failing it all weekend, what's the next encounter?

Situation has been resolved.

Due to the design features to prevent fraudulent room acquisition, my room was blocked from site because I was given a GM badge, which removed the 'paying badge' from the room, even though the reservation is still there under my name.

I will be heading in Tuesday to get at least hopefully one night's rest, then out on Monday morning.

I was trying to tell you that because I experienced the same thing last year. In fact, if you go look at the old forum messages on GenCon site for 2016 you will see a frantic post I made.

So I understand exactly how you feel.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Still waiting on warhorn to be approved.

Gencon should be able to allocate space Wed for the games, so I'm making Gencon events $0 tickets for Wed. I'll post when they get published for you guys. But you should be able to find them by searching for Risner on wed games. This way I don't need to worry about sourcing and securing space for two days, just for Sunday.

Liberty's Edge 3/5 5/5 **** Venture-Captain, Nebraska—Omaha

What will the description be on Warhorn?

We will need to register on Warhorn and also have a GenCon Ticket for Wednesday?

Thanks. Sorry if I am being a little dense right now.
