Hello
I have a question about shipping, two of my last three subscription orders have been labelled as "merchandise" all previous orders (as far as I can remember) have been labelled as "books". The ones indicated as merchandise are generating duty charges.
Can you please confirm if these two shipments were mislabelled or is this going to be the standard going forward?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm not quite sure what would be causing that, as they're all labeled as books for customs purposes on our end.
If you are able to take a picture of those labels, would you please send them to customer.service@paizo.com so we can take a look? We'll probably have to do a little bit of investigating to see what exactly is going on. Just let us know if there is anything else we can help out with in the meantime.

I'm afraid they've already been recycled, if my next subscription is the same I'll keep the label and email a copy.
