Size Bonus Question

Does a Medium character using an ability/spell (i.e. elemental body, wild shape) to change their shape into another form that is also Medium sized, do they still get the size bonuses described, even though the character isn't technically changing their size?

Yes.

All spells assume the creature starts at medium or small size.

If the spell specifies a specific size, e.g. Elemental Body, adjust the creatures stats to medium or small size before applying the spells bonuses.
