Chocolate Milk?

Is there such thing as chocolate milk in the campaign setting? This came up during an game I play in. There is chocolate, there is milk, there is even hot chocolate.... is there chocolate milk?

I don't know about where they grow the beans (the Mwangi Expanse might work), but I once asked James Jacobs where the best chocolate confectionery (the equivalent of Swiss or Belgian) came from, and he suggested Ustalav.

If it's Mwangi, then the formation of the Eye probably seriously impacted bean imports and raised the price of chocolate considerably.
