Erratas? Never more?!?

I'm just wondering, will Paizo ever release erratas/new printings of the more recent products???

Bestiary 4, Bestiary 5, Ultimate Intrigue, Ultimate Campaign, Occult Adventures and Horror Adventures, they all need erratas.

Is Pathfinder sided away because Starfinder?

Will there be those erratas?

Yes.

Edit: Okay, to expand on my very brief initial response, Paizo's policy is to only produce an errata document when the hardcover book needs a new printing, which only happens when the warehouse stocks are running very low/at nil.

I believe Ultimate Campaign is close to being or in that state, and is probably up next (or nearly next) for errata. However since all errata for hardcovers by necessity pass through the Paizo Design Team, who have been really busy this year, it's no surprise that errata and new printings have slid a little.

i would be shocked if they pushed off a new printing due to the PDT being backlogged... i think they would just go ahead and get the printing done and errata it the next time around. better an 80% solution now than a 90% in a few years, you know?

Yeah, they don't update the text every time they reprint. Sometimes they order more copies of what they did last time (leaving the printing number unchanged).

The CRB has been reprinted many more than six times the "sixth printing" is something of a misnomer, it's really "sixth version" or something - it'd probably be "edition" if that word didn't have the connotations it does in the RPG world.

Having said that, they also don't do an update-text-form-of-reprint until the previous version has sold out.

The "editions" of printing are when they apply a numerous set of errata to the book that it's worthy of making a reprinting, which usually coincides with them running low (or out of) their previous printings. That's really all they are.

Even with newer printings that apply the errata created from FAQs and other undisclosed changes, you can still look up the actual changes on the Help/FAQ page in relation to the released Hardcover Products.

**EDIT** Changed a sentence. Also, Punctuation is hard...

I wonder if it is worth trying to get them to errata ultimate campaign to make it more clear which rules are optional and which are clarifications.

So would that make your post 1.1 or 2.0?

Ultimate Magic is overdue for an errata re-print... Would love to get the errata'd Sound Striker in print.

We can hope for it whenever they get around to a Pocket Edition for it :3

That would be a new thing. Neither of the first two pocket editions updated the version number.

Didn't the Core Rulebook get updated when they released the Pocket Edition? Granted that was serendipitous timing rather than specifically because of the Pocket Edition coming out, but still.

I am pretty sure that it matched the already released 6th printing.

Silver Crusade

Ah, I thought the 6th printing coincided with them releasing the Pocket Edition.
