it only says you have to be 9th level to take this customization, so can a pseudodragon aberrant aegis 9 take this multiple times to increase his size from tiny to Colossal? at 9th level he could have 13 customization points, and increase size only cost 2 points, so could i buy it 6 times for a increase in size to colossal?

Unless it says otherwise, like the Natural Armor Customization, you can't take it more than once.
