Pg. 14 - Balor Lord Powers side bar
In the Swarm-Infested ability, the last sentence says that the swarm that this ability produces "appears in any four contiguous 10-foot squares adjacent to the balor". Emphasis mine.
This was likely supposed to say 5-foot squares. Swarms take up a 10-ft-by-10-ft. area (or four 5-ft. squares), but they're shapeable and malleable. The text probably mentioned "10-ft." referencing how big a swarm normally is, but inadvertently made the swarm take up 40-ft. by mentioning they take up four contiguous blocks of squares.

Pg. 32 - Demonic Possession sidebar.
Not an error, but more of an update. All of these feats in this sidebar work off the magic jar spell-like ability of the invidiak, but according to Occult Adventures, it may be in a GM's best interest to substitute this for the possession series of spells from that book. You could then adjust the feats listed here to adjust for that change.

Pg. 50 - Contact nalfeshnee spell
This isn't an error, but more of a suggestion for other GMs out there. This book was published before the classes from Occult Adventures even existed, but this spell is right up those spellcasters' alleys. Going by the spell contact other plane as a base example, I recommend adding them to the following class' spell lists at these levels:
- Occultist (5th)
- Psychic (6th)
- Spiritualist (6th)
