I'm DMing a campaign where my PCs play animal races in a predominantly human world. I need a Rabbit, Wolf, Goat, Dove, and Otter race for the PCs.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
So by animal races, do you mean like ratmen or kistune, or like the actual animals, just being played as PCs? As far as a goat race goes, I think there's a satyr race kicking around somewhere that you could make use of, and you could possibly modify the strix race to more fit a dove, since they're basically bird people.

Yeah, I mean Ratfolk and Kitsune.
I made a race for cows called Bovine. I can't link it right now as the kids are watching Saturday Morning Cartoons on the computer (did not see that coming twenty years ago).
But if you search for Captain Yesterday's big hole to put stuff, I believe it's on the first page.

Look up skinwalkers (werewolf-kin/witchwolf) for wolf-men. Their wereboar-kin/ragebred variety might do for goats with some small changes.
