Good afternoon,
Order 4249993, was shipped some time ago but I seem to have encountered an issue with the order actually being delivered (stuck at the same USPS location since 3/28). I have the tracking data for Mail Innovations that you provide as part of you normal subscriber shipping emails. Unfortunately, this number means nothing to USPS (as their support so rudely educated me on) and Mail Innovations can't seem to help after they hand off to USPS.
Do you happen to have any other shipping label data (postal tracking number, etc.) that may help me out with resolving this issue with USPS.
Thanks for any help.

Hello Chumpstyle,
Your order should have arrived by now so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up replacements for you which will be shipping out along with your next subscription order.
The tracking number you see is a UPS Mail Innovations number. Standard post usually means that UPS Mail Innovations picks the package up from us and carries it to their nearest facility to your address, then transfer it to USPS for final delivery. It is not a UPS tracking number, and it is not s USPS delivery confirmation number. It is specifically a UPSMI tracking number. Usually once the handoff is made the tracking information will update to a USPS delivery confirmation number, but until it has USPS will not be able to track it (and if it missed the scan where it would get updated with one it usually still gets delivered but they still won't be able to track it). I can get you some other information about that package, like a package ID number, but both UPS and USPS are going to tell you they don't have it if you don't have a UPS tracking number or a USPS delivery confirmation number.
