Can us Pathfinder Compatible publisher refer to Bestiary 6 and the other upcoming Pathfinder RPG books?

B6 has yet been added to the Pathfinder license. Until it is, us Pathfinder Compatible publishers can't refer to it. So something hasn't changed, to be more precise. ;)
