Non-subscription orders

I wasn't aware that my non-subscription orders would be delayed so that they could be shipped with my normal subscription.

I ordered your plot twist cards as I intended to use them at my weekly gaming table. But, since you've elected to hold off on shipping them, 2 more sessions will go by without them.

This service wasn't offered when I made the order last week, and I've been wondering where my purchases have been, only to find out that they haven't even shipped out.

I'm disappointed.


After looking at the order, I see the buttons where there is a choice to hold off or ship immediately.

It's possible I neglected to choose one, or I DID choose one and forgot that I did.

Neither of those seems like something I would do, but I can't rule it out. Now I'm sad with myself.lol

Even if you elected to have the items ship immediately, it could still take several days to actually get the items on their way to you -- especially at times like now when they are in the midst of packing up and shipping out subscriptions.

But if you do not have a lot of items in your sidecart, your subscription order already got its auth without those cards, and you want to get them on their way as soon as possible, you can go to the "My Account" page and click on "Ship as soon as possible". But you might not want to do that if you have a lot of items in your sidecart, as it will then try to ship them as soon as they are all available.

If those cards were included in your auth e-mail, then you probably are getting that item about as fast as is possible.

Hi Thomas,

When you place a non-subscription order, you should have the options in the check out process to select if you want it shipped now or to go to your sidecart to go with your next possible subscription order.

If someone does not look at or try to change the shipping options, it defaults to go to the sidecart.

If you accidentally send something to the sidecart and want it shipped sooner, you should still have the option to "Ship as soon as possible" from the sidecart (as David explained).

It looks like these items are currently in your April subscription order, which will be the fastest way to get them at this point.

Yeah, i posted the first thing during my initial frustration. Then I took a min to look and see it was an option I likely chose and then forgot about.
