Shoes of Lightning Leaping spell DC?

Rules Questions

I was interested in getting a pair of these shoes for my rogue, but I noticed that it doesn't specify a spell DC for people to beat with a reflex save to take half damage. All it says is

Quote:
Creatures in the path of the lightning take 6d6 points of electricity damage and objects take damage as per the lightning bolt spell.

That spell should allow a reflex save, but it doesn't specify what that is in the item description and I can't find it elsewhere.

Although the wording makes it ambiguous, the fact that the item is CL6 and its damage lines up exactly with the expected damage of lightning bolt at that CL, along with the "as per the lightning bolt spell" reference, makes me think its intended to be aligned with lightning bolt even for the damage vs. creatures.

Reflex save should therefore be DC14 (10+3 spell level +1 minimum INT/CHA to cast).

RAW though, is that there is no save on the electricity damage to creatures.

6d6 once per day for 10.5k gold? Sounds fine to me for it to have no save.
