Cartomancer witch initial harrow deck

I'm building a Cartomancer for PFS, and have a couple questions:

1) Does a Cartomancer witch have to buy their special Harrow deck out of their starting gold (100gp, I believe)? Or do they get it as a free piece of class-specific equipment, as the Gunslinger does? Other witches don't have to pay for their familiars, so it would seem odd to have to buy it, but it also isn't a familiar, it's an object.

2) If you lose your deck/it is destroyed, is the cost to replace it the cost of a new deck (100gp) or the cost of a new familiar?

1) Spell Deck is Cartomancer's class feature, so they get it for free.

2) I'd say it's the cost of a new familiar. The Spell Deck is said to be a special harrow deck -- just buying another deck of cards doesn't make it the Spell Deck, you need an appropriate ritual as in the case of a normal familiar.
