Hide Button not working

In an attempt to reduce some clutter I have tries several times to hide a couple of threads I'm no longer interested in only to have the threads remain visible.
The threads disappear for a second or two then the screen refreshes and the threads are back where they were.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. It came up during the fix for the new posts indicator; initially, you could hide from the subforum level, but now that doesn't work either.

Staff have faved a post from last week that reported the problem. How high that is on their priority list is unknown.
