Tiger attack numbers

2 claws +18 (2d4+8 plus grab), bite +18 (2d6+8/19–20 plus grab)
rake (2 claws +18, 2d4+8)

Now for these would I roll claw attacks once or twice and same for rake one roll or two.

Roll twice for each (claws and rake) for a total of 5 attacks - when it pounces at least.
