Spell that allows you to travel through jungle?

Advice

Hi guys, I can't remember if it was a spell or a potion but it allowed you to travel through difficult terrain in a forest with out any problem. The plants would die and wilt away as you moved through it.

Almost like making a clear path but with all the dead plant matter that's left behind.

Anyone know?

Defoliant does that, but it's pretty slow.

Why not just get Woodland Stride?

forest friend
transport via plants
windwalk

which would leave me wonder why you'd want to destroy the plant life?

I've got to say, the OP sounds like how to get any number of druids and fey screaming for your blood.

Anyway, aside from the defoliate spell which only clears a 60' path this rings no bells for me.

I recently reviewed "Sargava, the Lost Colony" and, although it doesn't have a spell for this purpose, it does have a magic item: Jungle Boots (6,000 gp) that does exactly what you're looking for.

Nature's Paths provides the ability to move more quickly through such terrain, but does not have the defoliation effect. On my phone, or I would link it to you.

To make a semi-permanent trail?
