The order is being held up by one of the miniatures, the Giant Spider. This is a backorder miniature and we are still waiting for it to become available again. If you;d like I can separate it out to its own order so everything else can ship, or cancel it to the same effect. Otherwise the whole order will wait for it to become available before shipping out.

Thanks for the response! I'll go ahead and cancel the Giant Spider, and then get the rest of your order on the way. I'll send you an updated confirmation email so you can see the correct thing has been canceled, and then you should receive a second confirmation email once our warehouse has processed the order for shipment.
