Hello. First of all, sorry if there's any typo's in the message as English is not my native language.

I wanted to get some information about my order (Number obviously listed in thread name: 4235775). As It is the first time I buy anything in the Paizo store, and the "Expected to ship in 1 to 14 business days" has already passed (Unless I forgot how to count business days), I was worried I did something wrong when ordering. Could I please know if there is any problem with my order or if is it just a simple delay? Thanks in advance.

Hello Zamdoc,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've looked into your order, and it seems that we are still currently waiting to receive more of the Pathfinder Combat Pad. Unfortunately, we don't currently have an estimate for when they may be arriving. We have now marked them as 'unavailable' on the website, but it looks like that must have been sometime after you had already placed your order. I'm sorry for any confusion that this may have caused!

If you'd like to have the other items from the order sent out, I can either move the Combat Pad to it's own order to be shipped if we receive more in the future, or I can just cancel it from the order. Please let me know what you'd prefer, and I"ll be sure to get that taken care of right away. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask and I will be happy to help.

Hello Katina,

As long as that would not increase the shipping costs (At least not much), I'm totally okay with splitting the order in two and having the rest of the order sent right away. If doing that would increase the shipping cost, I would like to know how much that would up the price, so I could tell you what I would like to do with the problem.

Thanks for your response! I've moved the Combat Pad into it's own order, and I'll be sending you an updated confirmation email in just a moment. It looks like the difference in shipping does amount to an increase of about $10.82.

If you decide you'd rather cancel or move the Combat Pad back to the original order, just let me know and I can take care of that for you. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to ask if I can help you with anything else.

Hi Katina,

Seeing that in the product comments Vic Wertz says it's going to be a few months at least, I'll cancel it for now. I'll order it again with a couple more products I'll get soon so the shipping cost is more worth it for this separate order.
