denying dex denial?

so i know uncanny dodge prevents you from being caught flatfooted are there any effects that prevent being denyed your dex modifyer in general or at bare minimum in a grapple?

Being in a grapple only applies a -4 penalty on your dexterity score, it does not deny the modifier. Attacking a grappled target is not sufficient to allow sneak attacks for example. This only changes when we are talking about pinning someone.
