Gallows of Madness run time per section as PFS adventures?

Adventures

Hi folks,
Due to a number of players at my location who have played / GMed lots, trying to schedule games everyone can enjoy has become a bit of a challenge. I was looking at Gallows of Madness, as it is listed as a module with 3 parts.
My question is, are those 3 parts short enough to fit in a typical "PFS 4 hour slot" or are going to require breaking up each part into multiple sections (causing other issues). Do to scheduling, if they fit into 3 4-hour slots, its perfect, if not I need to investigate other options.

Feedback is most welcome, particularly from anyone who has run these as PFS adventures.

I have run Part 2 for PFS and played all three. Recently our lodge ended up running the series several times.

They can absolutely fit into one slot, though on the longer end. I would estimate that its closer to 4-5 hours each Part than 3-4. However, that can easily be pushed either way by the usual factors (table size, players who generally know their characters well vs need more time to decide what to do in combat, the level of RP you and your players like to get into, etc).

Running Part 2, I think we finished up in about 4 1/2 hours, with the other table playing it that week being about 15-20 minutes shorter. From playing the series, Part 3 is likely the easiest to consistently fit into 4 hours as its basically a delve, while Part 1 can vary a lot depending on how much you and your PCs care to roleplay and get into the investigation.

I think part 1 is probably the longest, and also the roleplay heaviest so with the most potential to run longer. I GM'd it for 5 experienced players who were warned it could run long, and it ran exactly 5 hours, and that's with an Alchemist at the table, who significantly sped up combat.

2 and 3 are fine in 4-5 hours. If it has to be exactly 4, it's tight.
