http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/a-b/amule t-of-the-spirits/

In the text of the item it says:
"If a creature that already has the associated mystery or spirit wears the amulet, that wearer does not gain the abilities listed below; instead, the effective level of her mystery or spirit powers increases by 2. This effect does not stack with other abilities that increase the effective level of mystery or spirit powers."

My question is if it applies to Oracles as well?

Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber; Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

That sentence (and indeed the rest of the item description outside of its construction requirements) does not mention specific classes at all, so it appears that you do get the +2 level bonus if you have the oracle mystery that matches a particular Amulet of the Spirits.

Necro: what about a Spirit Guide Oracle? If I am a Bones Oracle and bond with the Bones spirit, would the Amulet have effect with my Hex and spirits abilities too?

This seems like an appropriate Necro.

'associated mystery or spirit' suggests it's not just the shaman spirit bond class feature that works with it, and since there's no mechanism to choose the mystery or the spirit if you have both then it should work for both the mystery revelations and the spirit powers. While it doesn't specify boosting hexes, some of the powers you get from the amulet if you don't have a matching spirit or mystery look an awful lot like hexes from that spirit; you might be able to talk a GM into it.
