Hi all so I will be GMing for my frist time.I will be doing the Crown Carrion AP,but I want to do a one shot so that I get a fell for what to do when my group starts the AP.does any one have any ideas of a one-shot I could make for myself being a new GM and a some what new player

yes that is what I mean I have 4 player who have played for years.

For cheap and easy, Master of the Fallen Fortress has a little bit of everything. If you're willing to pay, Frog God Games' Stoneheart Valley is a great choice - the first mission in there was basically written for new GMs, and comes complete with rule reminders to help walk you through it.

Gallows of Madness. It is designed specifically for new GMs. There's plenty of descriptive text to flesh out the story, but still enough material for several sessions of play. Each of the 3 sections is standalone, but are easily tied together into a single story. I've done chapter 1 and 2 and we enjoyed them both.
