Untyped bonuses from different sources stack, unless otherwise stated.
I believe the majority agree that they stack since they count as different sources. Though there is a strong, I believe minority, that believe your level is the source of the bonus and thus wouldn't stack, due to the double dipping stat FAQ and stats being the source for untyped bonuses.
So I feel your safe to assume they stack, and it shouldn't be an issue unless your home GM announces to you that they don't stack when you tell them you're a vigilante.
