CMB Melee with good AC, saves, and natural weapons - can it be better?

I've been working on a new PFS character for a while, maybe over a year. This is my current best working solution. Advice on any rules chicanery detected and anything I'm missing I should have taken is most welcome!

My Concerns:

  • Until I can afford Lucky Horseshoe and the Pale Green Saves to make my saves Will +6, the chance of a failed Will save is dire. Maybe prioritize saves over attacks such as Ring of Rat Fangs/Belt of Giant Strength?
  • My AC 28 is going to get me hit a lot. I've tried to work out higher AC, and I can't maintain high STR, CON, DEX, and INT (in that order) with higher AC.

Some build criteria that I should make known:

Greater Sunder and Gate Breaker are required, so suggestions of feats may work for levels 7+ but I don't have many spare feat slots from level 1-6.

Fighting defensively is not optimal, as I can't always find the actions to make an attack.


1/2 orc with trait barbarian will have it all...
Slayer can also work well.
lore warden fighter with 2 lvl dip of monk.

I've got 1 monk level, but a second gets me evasion (which will be dead) and a feat (like combat reflexes?)

Lore Warden was considered, for 3rd level is nice. But I'll get 1 point of AC from going straight fighter at 3rd level from Armor Training. I'm already worried I'm too low on AC.

My previous sunderer was a 1/2 orc ulfen guard with destroyer's blessing. I'm trying to go away from that. Which trait are you talking about there?
