So I had the idea today for a character that thinks he's a werewolf, and I'm trying to figure out how to best build it. My first thought was unchained barbarian, taking the Beast Totem rage power line and Animal Fury. That would look something like this:
Lou Garou, level 12 human unchained barbarian
17/14/14/7/14/12 stat array before any level up bonuses or equipment
Traits: Indomitable Faith, Reactionary
Level 1: Weapon Focus (claws), Power Attack
Level 2: Lesser Beast Totem
Level 3: Extra Rage Power > Animal Fury
Level 4: Superstition, +1 Str
Level 5: Weapon Focus (bite)
Level 6: Beast Totem
Level 7: Extra Rage Power > Scent
Level 8: Guarded Life, +1 Str
Level 9: Dodge
Level 10: Greater Beast Totem
Level 11:
Level 12: Ghost Rager, +1
Gear: Amulet of Mighty Fists +3, Belt of Giant's Strength +4, Cloak of Resistance +3, Ring of Protection +3, +1 Earthbreaker (in case it's not a full moon), +3 mithral kikko
So I'm not trying to squeeze every bit of juice out of this build, just looking for something fun to roleplay in PFS. Anybidy got any suggestions to make it more fun/flavorful? Any suggestions for a level 10 feat?

You could squeeze in a lvl of theologian Cleric (strength domain)to get enlarge as a spontaneous spell, for when you "transform". With one lvl you could probally have it like 3-4 times a day, and then be able to use clerical wands an such for healing as a bonus.
This is a great idea. The only problem I see with it is that it would have to be a very late dip, like level 11 or 12, so it doesn't slow down my Beast Totem progression.

+2 "Furious" Amulet of Mighty Fists will work better for you. It will penetrate those damage reduction defenses at a level earlier when you rage.
Being a half-orc for the alt racial trait to give you a bite attack gives you a "primary" bite attack (at level 1), which is worlds better than the bite attack you get from Animal Fury. This allows you a good reason to believe you are a werewolf starting from level 1.
Taking Weapon Focus Claw (at level 1) when you don't have claws (until level 2) is questionable. I'd lose that feat to be half-orc for the better bite attack.
Spend the level 3 feat (that you saved) to get STR to Intimidate feat at level 3? You can be frightening when you think you are turning into a werewolf. Adds a bit of pizzazz.
Being an Invulnerable Rager archetype can simulate the DR X/silver as early as level 2. That might help the belief some more.

Actually, Magenta, it says it's at a -5 when using it with manufactured weapons. If I'm full attacking, it will be with 2 claws and a bite.
Unless the SRD is incorrect, here's what the rage power says:
"Benefit: While raging, the barbarian gains a bite attack. If used as part of a full attack action, the bite attack is made at the barbarian’s full base attack bonus –5. If the bite hits, it deals 1d4 points of damage (assuming the barbarian is Medium; 1d3 points of damage if Small) plus half the barbarian’s Strength modifier."
You're correct in that with the normal rules it's -5 to all natural attacks when mixing manufactured weapons in, but here it's specifically being called out as being made as a secondary attack.

I was definitely looking at the Core Barbarian Animal Fury text on the PRD and not the Unchained Barbarian Animal Fury text. There is an important difference as you noted.
The Unchained Barbarian text eliminates the problem between Animal Fury not adding a full (non-gray-area) primary bite attack. Nice!

See, I always pictures orcs, and therefore half-orcs, as very smooth skinned. Anyway, this character will definitely be human. I also got rid of the cheese of Weapon Focus (claws) at level 1.

I would suggest making sure your distemper shots are up to date and never leaving the house without your collar and tags.
*You can never be too safe.
Ha! On a slightly serious roleplay note, I think I'm going to have this character carry around a single silver headed arrow to give to a party member who can use it in case I need to be put down.

See, I always pictures orcs, and therefore half-orcs, as very smooth skinned.
Totaly cool with that. Pathfinder Half-orcs vary from nearly human to orc completly.
But cause of the Ulfen i thought of the Half-orcs of Golarion and according to the iconic Warpriest and the Inner Sea Races they tend to have more body hair then the average human.
But just a suggestion.
If you want a human for that concept so it may be. ^^

Part of it is the fact that the Superstitious bonus is a human FCB. Yes I know half-orcs (and half-elves) can take it, it it's the human part of them that allows it. So I'm just picturing this Ulfen warrior who's like super scared of lycanthropes and is firmly convinced he was bitten.
He's so convinced he was bitten, he starts experiencing psycho-somatic responses. Whenever somebody tells him he's just imagining things, he gets angry. It starts off with just claws, but soon evolves into fangs, then a super keen sense of smell, and eventually he just goes fully beastial.
