2) I have been thinking than PFS1 is not PFS2 and with the number of player around the world it's begin to be difficult to have not the same name sometime, why have this limit, each character have an unique ID Number.

Because when you post in the forums. Your chosen character name is posted. If two people have the same name, imagine the confusion it can cause on a good day. Or the trolling/harm it can cause on a bad one.
