Dear Paizo,
My order has still not arrived, even though my payment was charged on Feb. 8. The order said it would probably take between 4 to 8 days to arrive. Is it too soon to worry? I was wondering if the snow up in your part of the country put a delay on shipments, or if I should start worrying about mailbox-thieves.

Subscription orders work a little differently than non subscription orders. For subscriptions, since we have so many identical orders to fill we do label runs. A label run means we print out all of the shipping labels for identical orders, like orders that are just that months Adventure Path, all at once and then assembly line style pack them up and ship them out. With unique orders printing the shipping label is the last thing we do, so our system is set up to charge your card, send you the shipping email, and grant any PDFs you will be getting when that happens. Because of the label runs, for subscriptions that email gets sent before the order is shipped. For this reason that email should say, "Expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, February 17", the last day of our expected shipping window. It can leave our warehouse anytime between when you get that email and the last day we ship out subscription orders.

Your order shipped out on February 14. The last update to the tracking was on Friday. It should be arriving soon. The estimated up to 8 business would put it arriving on or before Monday, February 27.
