Need help with the Witch - (sorcerer / druid crossover)

Homebrew and House Rules

In my campaign the witch, druid and ranger all share something in common: they all gain their spells via their patron (like the witch).

That said, I've modified my Witch class to be a spontaneous caster. They cast spells using the sorcerer spells known / spells per day chart. The class retains the Witch spell list.

So here comes the question:

1) I can't decide between sticking with the witches hexes, or reskinning the sorcerer bloodlines as "hexes" or "dark pacts", etc.

2) Should I allow a bloodline / hex to grant the witch access to limited druid spells?

3) I'm familiar with the spontaneous casters using charisma with their spells, and have already taken that into consideration

A slightly different question: Would simply reskinning the sorcerer with "witch flavor" (patrons who grant spells / witch spell lists) be an easier route to go?
