White haired witch and bite attack

Rules Questions

If one has a natural attack (bite) and becomes a witch with the white-haired witch archetype (and so gains natural attack (hair)), can one use both the bite attack and the hair attack in the same round? Or does it fall under the "can't use the same limb for two things" rule?

Grand Lodge

You can use both in the same round.

IF YOU are adjacent to your target. If you're using your hair for a reach or distance attack, your bite is obviously not going to be available for that target.

I don't mean to be rude, but well duh. I mean, he also can't use them both in the same round if he's asleep, staggered, paralyzed, not attacking.. There's any number of reasons that he wouldn't be able to, but the general answer is simply "yes, you're able to".
