Okay. Weird. This order *just* arrived this week. With the wrong order number -- the one on my physical invoice is #4161291, not -89.
According to the information in My Account, the order was submitted on Sunday, December 11. The label on the box says it was shipped on Wednesday, December 14. All fine; that's 3 business days. Being somewhat generous for non-business days over the holidays, that took an additional 27 business days to arrive past the 14th.
The Christmas mail rush might be responsible for that, but the second order, Deck 4, has not come, and it's been 14 business days now total from the time the order was submitted. It sure feels like shipping the order to Canada just takes longer than the 7 to 11 days your site says. (May not be true. We still have two more kicks at this particular can in February and March.)
What should I do with the replacement that's been sent?

Hi Axoq,
Order 4161289 is the "parent" order that started the subscription. Order 4161291 is the "child" order that actually contained the physical items.
Orders placed through us have separate processing times and shipping times.
The processing time vary based on product availability. More details about product availability can be found here:
http://paizo.com/paizo/faq#v5748eaic9n0o
The shipping estimate is the estimate for how long it may have in transit once it leaves our warehouse. This amount of time can vary based on the shipping method selected.
Subscription orders are a bit different still - in that we usually have an estimated 2 week window for getting each months subscription order shipped out. For example, the estimated shipping window for January subscriptions was the 9th through the 20th, which means that your package could ship any time in that window. We have so many packages going out at once, and many of them are processed in batches, so it is difficult to pinpoint when any given package may ship/may have shipped. Unless someone has actual tracking information that says otherwise, we don't generally start counting the shipping estimate time until the end of the shipping window. If you January order hasn't made it yet, it could still potentially arrive sometime between January 31st and February 6th.
Sometimes items can take longer to clear customs than the shipping estimate, but that not particularly predictable. It is possible that Christmas could have delayed things more than normal for the December order.
For the replacement - if you haven't opened it yet, please just marked it "Return to Sender" and put it back in the mail to send it back our way.
Thanks!
