Per the above - does anyone know if any of the S3 or 4 scenarios are good lead-ins for the multi-table special?

I'm Overseering this one in a month or so, and it would be good to be able to give the GM's some recommendations for lead in scenarios before we kick off.

As one of Shifty's GMs I am interested in any suggestions. I am assuming the 3-26 Portal of the Sacred Rune is one. Are there any others? Should you play Storming the Diamond Gate as well?

I have not GMed or played either so dont know how linked they are but they both mention portals in their descriptions

I *think* you're pretty safe with anything from the Lissala arc.

Race for the Runecarved Key was actually the start of the Year of the Risen Rune, so no real lead-ins. Furthermore, the links to the whole Risen Rune thing were mostly in the 2nd part, which is not available for play.

Thanks guys, and yeah as it started the Season it was a bit hard to work out what at the end of 3 was useful, but the Lissala arc is cool.

I don't recall an earlier scenario set in Magnimar, other than possibly Rise of the Runelords 2, but Feast of Ravenmoor or (higher level) Terror at Whistledown could give them some familiarity with Varisia. Rise of the Goblin Guild and (higher level) The Golemworks Incident show activity at Heidmarch Manor that wouldn't be out of place before the events of the Special.

The City of Secrets comic is a nice introduction to Magnimar and Sheila Heidmarch.
