want to learn, want to play via email

i played Pathfinder about two years ago and have not been able to play since. i would like to play again however my ability to get out into the real world is limited by 4 active kids.

i am hoping there is an email-based newby campaign to join?

is this even a thing?

I don't know of any play by email games going on, if there were it wouldn't surprise me, but there are a lot of play by post (PBP) games going on both here on the Paizo boards and over on Myth Weavers.

Take a look at Online Campaigns General Discussion board for a better place to learn about PBP.

Here you can find where a lot of GMs start looking for players for their games Recruitment.
