What kind of action is required for a fighter to activate the "Warrior Spirit" Advanced Weapon Training?
Each day, he designates one such weapon and gains a number of points of spiritual energy equal to 1 + his weapon training bonus. While wielding this weapon, he can spend 1 point of spiritual energy to grant the weapon an enhancement bonus equal to his weapon training bonus.
Is this a free action, since it doesn't specify any kind of action? Is this a swift action like the Magus's Arcane Pool which it resembles? Is this a standard action like the Occultist's Legacy Weapon, which it resembles?

Using Supernatural Abilities requires a standard action by default.
Supernatural Abilities (Su): Using a supernatural ability is usually a standard action (unless defined otherwise by the ability's description). Its use cannot be disrupted, does not require concentration, and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Edit: Beaten by a pair of ninjas. :)

Inquisitor? Swift... Magus? Swift... Warpriest? Swift...
Let’s unnecessarily bone paladins and fighters by making it a standard, you know, since everyone is already arguing over who gets to play the fighter! Also, let’s make an incredibly meh advanced weapon training option by not making it relevantly strong as a swift action activation. Unless you’re needing to enhance to bypass DR, a standard for a +1 ATK/DMG is a waste of your turn. By the time you could get this ability the Wizard is already nuking at 10d6 minimum. Thank god they’re keeping the martial classes in their place though.
