Dear Customer Service,
I think the item I added to my sidecar has been reduced in price. It was previously 12.99 and now the website says 7.99. Is this correct? I saw on the message-boards that there may be a glitch in pricing and was wondering if it was an error because the new price wasn't reflected when I placed my order.

Also, I didn't see where I could apply my remaining store credit to the order. Is that something I can't do when I sidecar an order or was I just not looking in the right place on the webpage? If it's possible, can you apply the store credit to the order?

Hello Zeugma,

The book is the correct price. It is currently in your sidecart at $11.04 ($12.99 less the Pathfinder Advantage discount of 1.95). There was a brief glitch that showed some items as being on sale incorrectly.

You cannot apply store credit to an item in your sidecart as when your subscription order is generated the item will be pulled into the order. That order will use the payment method attached to your subscription. If you want to use your store credit on an item in your sidecart you will need to either set your subscriptions to use store credit, or let us know once the order is generated so we can add it manually.
