Order #4143455 has shown on tracking as being in processing from UPS to USPS, since Dec 17th. When I call, UPS says they gave it to USPS, and USPS says they don't have anything showing that they received it. This happens a LOT and it's always because USPS loses it. Most times, it never shows up at all and a couple of times it has shown up six months later, with no explanation.

Hi Brell,

Because Standard Postal Delivery involves a transfer between UPS Mail Innovations and the US Postal Service, we have found that occasionally the parcel will miss a scan along the way and no information will be updated. Even though data is not being updated, we find that the parcel is almost always still on its way. I'm sorry to hear that your so frequently have problems.

We do not consider these parcels missing until they has exceeded their delivery estimate. That said, it looks like yours has exceeded the delivery estimate, because it should have arrived sometime between the 16th and 22nd. It is still in the realm of possibility that the post office could just be rather backed up from holiday shipments, but I have gone ahead and set up a replacement order for you.

If the original ends up making it to you, please refused delivery or Return to Sender whatever ends up being the 2nd shipment, to send it back our way.

No problem, will do. I normally wouldn't contact you this soon about it and would wait a couple more weeks, but some of the items in this shipment are going to be discontinued very soon, so didn't want to risk them being unavailable. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
