Forced movement on attacks of opportunity

Rules Questions

Consider the following-

A has pushing assault, combat reflexes, a dexterity of 18, used power attack during their turn, and is using a 2h reach weapon.

B is 20' away from A in a straight line, has only 5' of reach, and has a 50 foot base movement.

Assuming that attempts to move adjacent in order to attack A, all of A's AoOs hit, and A uses pushing assault on each, how many attacks of opportunity does A get to make before B is adjacent to A? Is the answer different if B uses the charge full round action instead of a normal move action?

I believe it's 5 AoOs in the first case (normal move action) and B does end up adjacent to A if B does not survive, but only 1 AoO in the latter case (charge action) and B does not manage to get adjacent to A. Is that correct?

it either interrupts his movement (which is what normally happens)so B has to use another move action to continue if he has one which still does not provoke again.
or he gets 1 attack of opportunity as movement only provokes once but B doesn't have to use another move action to keep going.
either way, one AOO

Character A would only get a single attack of opportunity against character B, as it is only a single action.

Quote:
Combat Reflexes and Additional Attacks of Opportunity: If you have the Combat Reflexes feat, you can add your Dexterity bonus to the number of attacks of opportunity you can make in a round. This feat does not let you make more than one attack for a given opportunity, but if the same opponent provokes two attacks of opportunity from you, you could make two separate attacks of opportunity (since each one represents a different opportunity). Moving out of more than one square threatened by the same opponent in the same round doesn't count as more than one opportunity for that opponent. All these attacks are at your full normal attack bonus.

While charging itself does not provoke an attack of opportunity, the movement you take during a charge still does. So still 1 attack of opportunity.

So one attack of opportunity either way, but in the "B takes a move action" case, can B continue to move until they are adjacent to A because B has actions and movement remaining, whereas in the "B charges" option they cannot because charging is a full round action?

Liberty's Edge

Pushing Assault seems to be written with the assumption of attacks on your turn rather than AoO. It doesn't say anything about what happens to the interrupted action in the event of an AoO. That said, normally an interrupted action continues if the creature is able to do so after the AoO.

Ergo, if B is closing with A then they would; move closer, potentially get knocked back by pushing assault, and then resume moving closer until they reach A or run out of movement. Whether they are charging or not is irrelevant.
