Your order shipped out on November 17 and had up to 11 business days in transit to you. It should have arrived by now, so it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement for you which should be on its way to you along with your January subscription order.


You can remove the replacement Adventure Path 3 of 6 from Order 4164902.
It finally arrived.

Can you send an ammended order notice and shipping costs email?

Thank you for letting us know. I have cancelled the replacement. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting this change. Replacement items don't impact the shipping (we don't charge you for shipping on replacement items) so the shipping price will not have changed on it as the shipping costs of the replacement were never applied to it.
