Was my order placed?

I ordered several things last week and your website said that the order was placed and that I would be receiving a notice in a few days with status.

I went back on the site to see if there was a status area. I see that all of my items are still in the cart. Is there any way you can check on your end and see if I purchased these items and you just haven't processed the order or billing yet?

Hi Todd,

I’ve checked on your order and it doesn’t look like it was submitted all the way. You should be able to go back through your shopping cart and try submitting it again.

On the confirmation step, there is a “Place Your Order” button that people sometimes miss. Once it is submitted successfully, you should get an order confirmation email and it will show up on your Order History page.
