Checking sidecart after auth

I got my authorization e-mail today. It contains what is for me a record size order, and it also left many items in my sidecart. Many of these items (backordered minis and future Paizo products) make sense, but there are a couple that I want to double check on:

1) The Rusty Dragon Inn Bar. I want to be really sure that there is no glitch that will stop me from getting this item eventually.

2) Volo's Guide to Monsters. Some friends of mine have mentioned seeing this product in game stores. Is there something holding this item up?

Finally -- I see that there is a "Ship as Soon As Possible" button available on the "My Account" page. If it looks like the two items above might be ready to ship before January and I click on that button, would it be possible to reverse that action after one or more orders are generated? I would rather not have you shipping the backordered minis to me one at a time if that can be helped.

The order number generated today is 4120795, in case that helps.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Let's see what we can figure out.

1) It's a little confusing because I'm seeing multiple copies of the bar on your account. It looks like there is one in your sidecart still, but there is also one pending in this order, along with one that WAS on the order but was canceled. I have no idea why there are so many, but the bar is limited to one per person, and the one pending in this order should be that one. I can go ahead and cancel the one that's in your sidecart, since it will not be sending out.

2) We're still waiting to receive some stock of Volo's Guide to Monsters, so unfortunately the only thing holding it up is that we don't have it yet. It looks like

3) When you hit the "Ship as soon as possible" button, it takes all of the items that are currently in your sidecart and puts them into one order - regardless of whether or not they are ready to go. So if you've got a lot of things that aren't ready, that order will likely just remain pending until all of them are in, which will hold up the items that are available. If you'd ever like to move just one or two items from a large sidecart, or just find out which items are ready to go, you can always let us know and we'll be more than happy to help you with that. We can make changes to orders up until they are processed for shipping.

Thank you very much! I think there was a glitch in the original Rusty Dragon Inn Bar entry. I am glad that you will be able to clear it up.

And I will be sure NOT to click on that "Ship as Soon as Possible" button since it would do something that I definitely do not want done.
