looking for feats

im looking for a list of feats that can only be taken at level 1 i know of racial heritage and fey foundling are there any others?

Noble scion's one. Any reason in particular you want these?

looking for a feat that gives a little more oomph and generally feats with very specific requirements (such as must be taken at level one) are slightly more potent than normal feats fey foundling has been a go to for me for a while but looking for something to switch it up a little

Not sure that's true of that particular requirement. A quick search brings up hermean blood which must be taken at 1st, and which is strictly inferior to additional traits which has no prereqs at all.

Tribal Scars doesn't have that prerequisite, only that you're a member of a tribe of the north.
