You could check out the Upstate New York Facebook group or the Syracuse Pathfinders Meetup group. Syracuse and Albany are both quite a distance from Buffalo, but other Western New Yorkers may have poked their heads in to look for games.
I'm not aware of any games currently in the Buffalo area, but getting all the LFG players in one place is a good step in the direction of getting something going. I'd love to play matchmaker and set you folks up with a game out west.
