Haserton Lowls

Does anyone know the relationship between the Haserton Lowls in SA and the Haserton Lowls in Prince of Wolves?

I believe they're the same guy. He's mentioned in one other Paizo product as well IMS.

Not to screw with anyone's perception, but I've not been able to see his last name as anything other than "L-Owls." I promise this has not skewed my development. There are no modified owls in this Adventure Path.

As a DM of this campaign with an "L sound" speech impediment my players love hearing the different corruptions of his name that I accidentally blurt out.
